Localworks Golf Tournament and Fundraiser

Mark your calendars for September 19th, 2024, for a day of community and fundraising at Localworks’ second-annual golf tournament!

The scramble kicks off at 7:30am at Applewood Golf Course, located at 14001 W 32nd Ave, Golden, CO, 80401.

This tournament is not just any ordinary golf outing. This event is all about supporting Localworks’ mission of advancing Wheat Ridge as a vibrant and sustainable place to live and work. Localworks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that partners with the City of Wheat Ridge, our local businesses and residents to make this all possible. You’ve seen us in action at Ridgefest, Mid-century and Modern Home Tours, or visited our newly renovated Clear Creek Makerspace. 

The proceeds raised during this event will be put directly back into Localworks to keep our programs free and accessible to all of Wheat Ridge. Specifically, funds will be used to support our TLC program including: dumpster grants and clean up days, block party grants, and ten year-long membership scholarships to Clear Creek Makerspace.
