Vitruvian Fitness provides personalized strength training in small groups of 5 people or less. Our clients learn to move better, get stronger, and feel great.

You already know exercising is good for you and helps solve or prevent a long list of health related issues.

The problem is knowing where to start, what to do, and how to get the most out of the little time you have.

To do that, you need a strength coach that equips you with structure, accountability, and a training plan that optimizes your time while coaching you safely to achieve your goals.
