I grew up in the western suburbs of Denver and the neighboring foothills & mountains. For the last ten years I have lived in the O'Kane Neighborhood of Lakewood – it’s a wonderful part of town. And, I am a Colorado Native. 

I have two grand kids, Fia-Leigh and Sawyer, a wonderful daughter in-law, Lexy and an amazing son, Ian William. They live in New Hampshire and I call them the East Coast Colsons.

I enjoy being a Realtor because I appreciate the relationships that are cultivated during the process of house hunting and home closings. 

I enjoy the variety of tasks and responsibilities this livelihood entails while working with buyers, sellers and investors.

From 1997 to 2009 I was Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Raven Realty, a boutique real estate firm that focused on vintage real estate in Denver's historic neighborhoods.
In 2009 I joined REMAX and specifically the exceptional firm & family owned franchise of REMAX Alliance. Working at REMAX Alliance has taken me nearly everywhere in the Denver/Boulder Mountain area. 

I have been awarded twelve Five Star Real Estate Professional Awards, including this year's award.

I have won numerous awards from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
I am a RE/MAX Hall of Fame Broker.
